Workshop Saturday October 11
Cream puffs also known as "Choux a la crème" are a classic from the French patisserie repertoire. Assist in preparing the cream puff dough and the pastry cream and get all the little secrets to master and easily understand this specific process.
Included in the workshop: Recipe Book / light food fare and refreshments / each participant will go home with the creations made during class.
Workshop starts at 1.30 pm, no refunds, no exchange accepted.
Participants must be 21 or older / food enthusiasts only*.
