Lemon meringue tartlets are a classic from the French patisserie repertoire. Assist in preparing the sweet tart dough, the tangy lemon cream and the sweet meringue get all the little secrets to master and easily understand each different steps.

Included in the workshop: Recipe Book / light food fare and refreshments / each participant will go home with 4 lemons tartlets

Workshop starts at 11 am, no refunds, no exchange accepted.

Participants must be 21 or older / food enthusiasts only*.
