For 40 year, this association has been recognized as having the worlds most elite Pastry chefs. The members of this association are comprised of about one hundred pastry chefs and chocolate makers from over 18 countries around the globe, each bringing their expertise to share. Each member has fully mastered techniques and precision to create the most exclusive high end and innovative pastries.
